I often wish my life was on a DVR. When I watch shows on tv I can rewind and start again. So wish I could rewind to my 20’s and start again eating healthier

Happy Saturday Teri. It was a stormy wet night last night topped off with a tornado warning. Happily only needed to take shelter for a short time. Was wet walking dogs this morning, but cooler. You got me thinking again about making homemade yogurt. Need to unpack my insta pot first though. Got second tomato from my garden. Garden tomatoes are so much tastier. I have white coat syndrome too. This last week was a struggle with night snacking after the tournament games. Was good at the game, but once I got home I wanted everything in sight. Things are getting back to normal now the tournament is finished. Have a fun rest of your day.

Good morning Teri. Nice chat today. I could write a book to my younger self, I’ve wasted so much energy worrying about stuff . I haven’t talked about the July yarn because I dint want to spoil the surprise, I’ll just say 🤩 ! Has there ever been a yarn from her that wasn’t beautiful? I actually think I’ll finish my June socks in time😅
Well it’s gonna rain all day here in Saint Clair Shores, I do have a busy day at the salon, then home to knit 🧶 have a beautiful Saturday 💕😊

Miss Teri about 3 weeks ago I went into get a full complete check up , I had a pap smear and the lady shoved the object up me really hard,well the after that they took my blood pressure I was in pain and they sent me to urgent care because my blood pressure was really high, I know I had gained weight and that’s a factor,I’m 64 and just wanted to get my body ready for our cruise on June 17th and not worry about anything. I had bloodwork done and mammogram done,

Never thought of what I would say to the younger self, but it would be weight related.
