That happened to my husband years and years ago. I was chatting with a gay friend on the couch and the TV with a movie was on. At one point, Ryan Gosling took his shirt off and we both stopped talking and looked at the screen mouth open unconsciously. He got jealous, made a remark and the next day he bought fitness equipment to work on his abs. He has never stopped being active and is even working on projects like designing bike paths in our city . The funniest thing is that he doesn’t even remember that’s what caused him to start.

For y’all in the comments, you realize you have to actually put in work for a glow up, right? Cause y’all are like “ohh mine hasn’t happened yet” which means you haven’t worked for it yet. Like you can’t just sit there and expect to wake up pretty one day.

I’m sorry, the 2018-2022 ones were and are still children. No. Adele’s was definitely the best. She started so young and had such a hard time with her weight. To see her finally become a healthier and happier person after so long was amazing and anyone who isn’t happy for her is insane. Rebel Wilson too, obviously she’s not on here but what a badass.
Every time I “glow up” I always give it up because of jealous people. Instead of ignoring them and cutting off toxic people, I let them win and I go back to being my depressed self. But I don’t wanna be like this anymore. It’s hard to cut of toxic people. But I am going to for real. Why live an unhappy life because you feel bad for toxic people? Glow up for you and if they hate it, oh well. They don’t hate you, they just hate themselves because they don’t have your willpower, motivation and happiness😌❤️ they see you do better and happy and they want that. So they will tear you down so you don’t have it anymore. Don’t be in the same boat as them. Let them learn they have to fix their life and not bring people down with them.

Every time I “glow up” I always give it up because of jealous people. Instead of ignoring them and cutting off toxic people, I let them win and I go back to being my depressed self.
But I don’t wanna be like this anymore. It’s hard to cut of toxic people. But I am going to for real. Why live an unhappy life because you feel bad for toxic people? Glow up for you and if they hate it, oh well. They don’t hate you, they just hate themselves because they don’t have your willpower, motivation and happiness😌❤️ they see you do better and happy and they want that. So they will tear you down so you don’t have it anymore. Don’t be in the same boat as them. Let them learn they have to fix their life and not bring people down with them.
