Lol I swear! I have a cousin that is mentally retarded as well as an uncle. Those were their diagnosis back in the day. My cousin would jump up and down, scream, & show completely out. Punch, kick, etc. My aunt and uncle started treating her like her siblings, & she knows how to conduct her self now.
