This is not a glitch because the description of the gobblegum clearly says Auto activates when you kill a zombie if you dont kill a zombie it wont work

I was literally just doing the easter egg for this and I got downed on the boss fight with perkaholic and self medication and didn't bother getting kills when I was downed and was disappointed when I didn't get any of my perks back......HARD R.I.P apparently theres more than self medication working the way you think it would....

Wedonthave Names I assume in this situation, if you don't have Quick Revive....it's end game? I just died Round 64 on Shadows of Evil because I wasn't able to kill anything while I was down with Self Medication. In the future I guess I should use a PaP'd pistol as my second weapon ?
