NALAGANA ELLA WATERFALL, beautiful Waterfall in Sri Lanka. HAVE YOU SEEN THE TOP?

You can enjoy the beauty of Nalagana waterfall. It is located close to the village of Dedugala, about half way between Dolosbage and Bulathkohupitiya, in the heart of Kegalle district.
From the village, where you can enjoy admire Rukmal Ella as well, you need to drive down the hill with its 8 bends, to find the path to the Nalagana waterfall. There is sign indicating the fall as well as a hydro power house. Walk along the path 300 meters to reach the river and catch sight of the Waterfall.
When you reach the river, there is a sign carved in stone on a big rock, warning the visitors of the sudden increase of water flow that is frequent at this place. Just when we visited we experienced it once at the base and once at the top.
We also visited the top. The access is not obviously detected from the main road, but is in fact only a few steps down from it if you find the right place. this place is near a bus stop, and you can step over the green water pipe to find it.
