The only reason to own Black ops 3 and the season pass imo (So just because of zombies I bought black ops 3 at 50 pound and the season pass at 40 so 90 pounds just for 6 zombie maps it is worth it.)
Well both multiplayer and campaign are modes as well, so I don't get why people say that.

Please tell me this isn't the end of Kevin or Elena. Malukah and Nova are great too, but the original team of Sherwood and Siegman can't end with just a video game legacy. There is so much that proves that you and your team can make huge waves in the metal world, Kevin. This isn't just cookie cutter songwriting, this is real effort and composition. Every song you have written for these simple zombies maps has oozed creativity, originality, and really made great what could've just been throwaway tracks of background noise. Is their a chance we will ever hear anything like this again down the road? Either way it has been an absolutely astonishing 8 years of music from the REAL zombies creators, and we all thank you for some of the best songs we have ever heard.

To think it all began from one additional game mode that was included for a world war II title that turns out to have one of the largest communities and most crazy and inspired stories borne from it, and to accompany both of those, a genius musician with the vocal talent of some of the most eccentric and impressive voices I've ever heard sing. I think I speak for the entire community when I say that I'm so thankful to have your music brought to life from something that was just meant to be an add-on. The story of Zombies may indeed come to a close but you know where one story ends, another begins, and I eagerly await your next songs as they come out. If I don't find them as an easter egg in a map, so be it. I'll always be right here listening. Keep making great music, dude.

ronald mcdonald Bitch please. Blundell single-handedly saved BO2 from the awful plotline Zelinski wrote himself into by giving it the only 2 good maps in the game. Even if you're not a fan of the new story, you can at least see that Blundell was the revival that BO2 needed.

ronald mcdonald Zeilinski is the one who ended the Tranzit crew at Buried, not Blundell. Zeilinski decided that either maxis or richtofen would say "Thanks for getting me to the aether, now fuck off" and that would be a proper ending for the Tranzit crew. I personally love the mysterious world that Tranzit set up; the soldiers fighting for Maxis, the cannibal cult fighting for Richtofen, and the secret government corporation profiting off them both. But Zeilinski decided to throw all that shit out the window in Buried. Not Blundell, not Revelations.

Am I actually the only one who was super disappointed by every EE song in BO3? Literally none of them are nearly as good as any of the Black Ops 1 or WAW songs (115, Beauty of Annihlation, Abracadavre, etc). Then again all but 1 in BO2 was awful as well...

"The Gift" the song we heard over and over again is Sam referring to Dr Monty! It's in the lyrics:
Sam is talking about Dr.Monty. another light in the sky goes dim (a universe) and she knows it's him. It's time to break all the mirrors, tired of the cycle. Made her a room and she hears them, whispering her name. Mind is in pieces but it will all get clearer on who's the real enemy. Getting closer and closer to uncovering the truth with the help of Edward and Ludwig. I believe this song referred to the end of the shadow man, all the pain he will receive to make suffer all characters.
I believe it's actually the two Samantha's speaking. Where as the Origins Sam just wants some kind of resolution, the OG Sam just wants to kill the person she's referring to to die a slow and painful death.

I've playing CoD since WaW came out. I loved zombies since my very first time in Natch Der Untoten. I bought all the dlc's and I spent a lot of hours playing with my friends in every map. When Black Ops came out, the first thing I did was playing Kino, and in that moment I knew that was my favourite map. I played all the maps and I did all the EE (even Moon, that was a tough one) The zombies history was the best history I've ever seen. When I bought Black Ops 2, I did the same as I did in Black Ops. I liked all the maps, even Tranzit xD. Die rise was awesome, Mob of the Dead was the best one for me, Buried turn me mad (always running, new guns, old west) and Origins, well, Origins almost made me cry with the cinematic at the end. I didnt buy Black Ops 3, because I dont have any next gen console, so... I kept following the history by watching videos in CZcams. When I saw Revelations... It was like a shot in my heart. Just awesome. The best thing they have done EVER. When I listen to this song, I am close to start crying. This zombie mode is part of my life and I had great moments playing it. I only want to say thanks to you, Kevin, Malukah, Elena and all the people that made this songs possible. Thanks for all the work you have done!

Man it seems almost like yesterday I was slaying zombies to 115, at my friends house, (when bo1 first came out) and wishing I never had to go home. It truly does shock me how long ago that was, when it feels like I can relive.the memories clear as day. Zombies will always be my favorite game mode, and nothing will even come close.

Hearing an Elena Siegman song without the screams makes me appreciate the vocals more. She definitely gives the song more atmosphere and adds melancholy when playing Revelations.
It's really sad to see zombies go away, it was practically my childhood, but like they say. Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened. It was well lived, and I will miss it dearly. Like if you agree.

if you think about it deeply. doesn't the 115 song on kino describe revelations and the cutscene and the shadow man especially towards the end and in the beginning of the song where it sings,"this house is not my own". does that verse sound like shadow man invading the house monty maid through the summoning ball thing and the body of maxis? Also where it sings," I have returned" as in shadow man coming back through the summoning ball. and where it sings,"look to the skies and see the end of all creation AGAIN" it says again because where are in the previous zombie maps again. this is crazy to me. im still in shock about my discovery

colson hernandez Could be true, I remember in the original Kino you could use the teleporter that takes you to Pack A Punch. After PAP, you sometimes teleport to the house. The normal one and the destroyed version.

This song struck the nail right on the head with its implications about the finality of this map. It really represents the end of zombies and it’s sad to see so many apologists act like zombies has ever been the same since. Barring zombies chronicles, revelations represents the last bastion of true call of duty zombies and for me will always be the real ending to zombies, so long as they keep putting out the same half-assed uninspired shit they’ve been putting out for the past 5 years.

@Verge Hard disagree man, even BO4 had better songs and the one good map, that being Mauer Der Toten, got boring for me after like a week. I done all the easter eggs on cold war and I still can't say it comes even close to the fun I had and still have playing BO3 or any of the games before it. It just lacks so much of the soul that classic zombies had; the soul you can feel when you listen to banger songs like this one. Maybe I just hate change but I'd like to think there's kindred souls out there who also believe zombies needs to forget the past 6/7 years and go back to the formula that I loved so much.
i disagree to coldwar was fun for a couple weeks but it fell of quick felt like an empty shell of what treyarch zombies used to be
@Verge I said nothing about story I said soul, the soul of zombies. You would understand if you had grown up playing these games, understanding what the soul was and seeing it ripped away from you. Also how can you care about a story which doesn't involve the characters you play as. The operator system killed zombies for me as soon as it was introduced. I was more invested in BO4 chaos story considering I actually got to play as a character with a personality, values, likes, dislikes, fears and motives etc. rather than just a blank slate character I couldn't care less about who says generic ass voice lines that I also don't care about. I was going to say I respect your opinion but I really don't, it's fundamentally flawed to think of Cold War and Vanguard as anything less than a cash grab when it's clear how much they didn't put any effort in. JUST LOOK AT THE COLD WAR MAPS. THEY ARE LITERALLY RESKINNED CAMPAIGN MISSIONS. If the DLC being free means that it has to be fucking hollow and empty then I'd much rather pay for something they put a bit of effort into. Just look at the maps up until Cold War, they always put in at least a shred of effort to put something in that would have you coming back for more, excluding BO4 aether maps because they were just as bad as the recent stuff.
