After installing everything, the computer ran out of power and the password would not take. I even thought about resetting again, but could not get the prompt to troubleshoot, so this helped with that too.

I'm glad I came across this video. Today, I had the same problem only with a PIN pre-established and the system suddenly asking for a password. I followed your instructions and it allowed me to, once again, use my PIN to enter. Even after all these years, MS still hasn't resolved this Windows 10 issue. Thank you.

after changing my password through microsoft on my phone and it still not working i choose to just reset my PC.
my laptop is super slow so i rarely use it anyway, its just getting rid of my wallpapers and colorful settings.

Luckily I knew my security answers so I was able to just change the password. This really did piss me off though because I was certain I was typing the right password for a good 40 minutes... man I was going crazy 😅

12 days ago i played a game, and i got BSOD and the game uninstalled and i got BSOD after that when my PC loaded, Safe Mode was on and the Red X is on the WiFi icon and i watched on yt how to turn off safe mode and the red x is still there. Help!

My login password is written with cirillic letters, and onec i decided to change system language from Serbian to English. And next time when i login i could't type my password with cirillic letters couse there werent anymore in the login screen.

Did you ever figure out the issue? If not, hold down Shift on the restart button like in this video, but then in the options click on Startup Repair. In there, you can choose which keyboard to use for log-in

If your laptop is stuck in the login screen, then press the power button for 30 secs - 1 minute then press your power button for 5 -10 secs (idk if this works for ALL laptops but it worked for mine (: )
