If You Just Want to Submit the Sitemap, Then I Hope You Already Added the Website to Search Console.
Just Select the Site to Which You Want to Submit the Sitemap. Click on Sitemap.
If You Never Submitted the Sitemap, Then It Will Show Like This.
Then Go to Your Website, and Add "Sitemap dot XML" After the Domain.
After going to the Link, You Will have a Similar Interface.
It Will Be Different Based on Your SEO Plugin: Yoast, Rank Math, etc.

Go Back, and Copy the Sitemap Part of the Link.

Sitemap Submitted Successfully.
If You Click on the Sitemap, Then You Will Find the Other Post, Pages, and Category Sitemaps Here.
You Saw These Sub-sitemap on the Websites Sitemap Page.
This Url or XML File is Automatically Submitted Here.
It Will Show the Total Number of posts on Your Website From Here Too. It Says 11.
In Our Website Dashboard, You See the Same Number of Posts Here.
Which Indicates That the Sitemap is Crawled Successfully.
You Can Also Check the Total Pages Number From Your Dashboard.
