I really do, I’m plagued daily with Pain caused from ankylosing spondylitis. It started when I was just 25 and progressively getting worse, I’m 31 now and things like surfing running and more vigorous activity are becoming so hard, the worst is the depression on those days that the pain and stiffness is at its worst. Yes, I have autoimmune diseases (crohns & rheumatoid arthritis) So when those are flared up I can’t eat, my joints swell and have trouble moving, chronic pain & fatigue, plus nausea vomiting diarrhea The treatments also make me feel sick after, but luckily help me stay out of the hospital a lot I’m lucky I have a part time job as an office manager, but even that takes a lot out of me (I babysit my niece & nephew as well), so times when I’m on iv fluids &/or iv nutrition I can do those from my desk or home (I babysit from home) After work & weekends if I don’t rest I’m exhausted and feel worse, plus not absorbing nutrition causes it as well (physical & mental exhaustion) I hope you are able to find something that works for you, it took me many years to do
