He was looked at as a man just like all the other 20 something year old rappers in the 90s. I don’t know where this whole “you’re a kid in your 20s” thing has started lately. Stop calling this man 69 a kid, its an excuse he uses and the media plays right into it. He goes as far as calling himself a “little kid” nah that’s like mid teens and down

I think it depends on who's talking about the person. If the person who is talking about 69 is 40 then yeah I can see him referring to 69 as a kid. If the person referring to 69 is around the same age as him then he’s not going to refer to 69 as a kid because that would mean he himself is a kid and he most likely doesn’t see himself as a kid. Plus Tupac was on a completely different level maturity wise than 69 will ever be. He was so much more mature than a lot of rapper his age even when he was clowning around so yeah no one called him a kid. But I do understand your point.

Furthermore in Hip-Hop we have a lot of guests with voices in the culture that are willing participate in the compromising of the culture for clicks, dollars, and attention. dudes like Joe and Gillie who really speak for the culture are doing a great job exposing how wack DOOK is from different sides of the table.

It's Your Girl Kay “that’s the part y’all 69 fans”, man stfu. Nobody even fans of his like that. It’s simple, he had money to invest in the streets and them 9trey dudes tried to take advantage of him. I guarantee they knew the risk of bringing someone not about that life into the inner circle. Btw, the feds had the case in the bag with out 69 even snitching. If 69 stayed silent it’s not like he’s beating the case. He would be in there with them dudes right now and he know they was killing him. A lot of dudes in here saying they not snitching but if you got 40 years in front of you and it’s either you’re in protective custody in prison or you getting killed in population. He saved his ass, it is what it is. Streets not loyal, they been dead.

You know why because 69 already owned up to his snitching so what other criticism do they have of him? As for Joe saying the gangsters too timid to speak against 69 that’s a bunch of malarkey talk. They know if 69 gets on he will come off the show with more positive than negative energy and they don’t want that. IF 69 such a bad guy why won’t anyone that is against him, challenge him? I dont believe that he's being protected by federal security, when he decline going into witness protection then 69 protection is 69 problem. Like I said I can only imagine how much hes paying for security , traveling etc and let me tell you I guarantee his record label is fuming and they are definitely going to want back the money they spent on him . Unfortunately I do understand why 69 did snitch but in the rap culture a known snitch that is trolling about snitching will never get real respect . It's the way 69 came out and continue to have that cocky disrespectful attitude and now hes getting his karma and I dont see him having longevity in rap music. It seems like everyone is seeing tha th 69 energy is off and 69 can act like he's not upset but we all know that real soon his label is going to part ways with him ! He cant get any creditable interviews, he cant get radio play , with out Nicki collab he wouldn't have a number 1 he only got a number 1 because ppl were interested in what he was saying now ppl know when hes rapping about shooting ppl carrying guns that it's not adding up to his life style

6ix9ine came out of jail and everyone was interested in watching his live and watched his first video because of everything he went through. not because they were hyped on some new music from him. When Nicki was on the second single it gave everyone another reason to tune in and after that it was kinda down hill. He over exposed himself and everyone was over it. His music kinda sucks and he's not really funny anymore. Its unfortunate what he went through but I don't know if I see him actually thriving again and it seems like he sees it too. He should just sell some of that jewelry and live overseas and be happy he's not in jail for 45 more years.
