I was a kid born in the 80's who grew up in the 90's. My mother had the Sade album "Promise" on both vinyl and CD when I was a kid. This song was one of the biggest singles off of that album. My mother passed away 4 years ago, but I still listen to this as it reminds me of my childhood and memories of my mother. Thanks to my mother for giving me great tastes in music.
