- Maamoul cookies are famous Arabic cookies that is made in Eid (Holiday). Maamoul is made with semolina, plain flour or a combination. It is mostly filled with dates, but can be filled with nuts too. In this tutorial will see how to make the best Maamoul cookies recipe ever and you can watch the CZcams video for detailed instructions.
Ingredients:
For the Maamoul cookies dough:
1 1/2 cup fine semolina
1/3 cup ghee or melted butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup warm milk
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
For the Walnut Filling :
1 cup walnut
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp white sugar
1/4 tbsp water
For date filling:
13oz/370g grounded dates
1/2 tsp cardamom
few drops of olive oil

1 1/2 cup / 250g semolina
1/4 cup / 60ml vegetable oil
1/3 cup / 75g melted butter
1/3 cup / 80ml warm milk
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
3/4 cups / 95g flour
1/2 cup / 50g powdered sugar
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
13oz / 370g grounded dates
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Few drops of oil

I bought from local store. You can search for maamoul mold on amazon there are plenty of options
May i ask how many 'ml' is for 1 cup that you use?
Because sometimes measuring cup around the word have different ml.
1 cup is an imperial measurement unit. Just Google cup to ml.

is there metric measurements?
I use cups and spoon as it easy and available in every kitchen. If you want to use scale and weight then just use Google to see the conversion for items from cups to grams
Can you put the ingredients in grams please
Will try to add on next video, however I feels using measuring cups and spoon is much easier as not everyone have kitchen scale
