The delivery WAS amazing in this!! It helps that they're both theatre kids. Scott and Mitch grew up in community theatre. It's actually how they met. They were in a production of Charlie and The Chocolate Factory together.

Yes this is the real big voice and talent that should have been made public not so much hitting a high note here and there although those are superb too, I know a lot of other singers can sing amazingly too but what is it about him that grabs your heartstrings

You do, I do it, Scott Hoying does it all the time: We can't help closing our eyes and smile a little smile when Mitch hits those high notes to perfection. I am 60 and can honestly say that I have never come across a singer before who moves me as much as Mitch.

I love seeing your expressions while you watch these videos! It's clear that you are really enjoying and appreciating what you are watching. However, I would love it even more if you spend a minute or so after the video describing what you liked/didn't like. To be honest, I am just looking to hear more Mitch compliments and I think you may come up with some insightful ones 😝

When Mitch pulls the brim of his hat down around the 5:00 mark, you can tell he's about to cut loose.
I laughed as soon as I saw the thumbnail lmao. Perfect expression for that part :D There's three songs Mitch has given me chills in by himself-- this, the Frozen Medley, and his cover of Find You (definitely worth checking out, he shows off some of his lower range in it).
If you want funny superfruit as a break from some music...hands down my two favorite videos are Yoga Challenge and Condom Challenge ft Todrick Hall. They're both completely hilarious. More Likely To is a great one to get to know them a little better as well!

I think everyone who's seen this (and A Ha) just wait, with reaction videos, for that note....you know the one... That's most of the fun of watching this! Mitch's range, tone, and delivery? Just perfect. I'd LOVE to see him actually in a Broadway musical, I think he'd be amazing. I recommend ALL the 'Evolution of' videos by them.
For the other side of Pentatonix Range, may I recommend 'Black is the Color of My True Love's Hair' featuring Avi and Peter Hollens. Definitely wear headphones for that one. Avi has been known to blow out subwoofers.

Exactly. Not just vocal range and technique, but he also is so expressive of what the scene should be, even in his sillier once like that Broadway Pop one.

I love them, they are sooo amazingly talented. Of course Mitch was incredible in this video, but I also admire Scott's vocal range. I mean, when Avi sings the lead, he takes the bass part, and he can sing so high as well. His high note at 4:10 is amazing, and those riffs are coming from him as naturally as breathing comes for us, other humans. They are truly an amazing duo, I just love them to death. Rob, your face in the end is priceless :)
I've watched this so many times, some just to watch Rob's reaction!! I am wowed in he same places you are Rob. They really need to try stage acting. Maybe that can be their fall back when they can't put up with all the travel. We all slow down at some time! Thanks again for sharing!
I love this! I also love the "Frozen medly" with Mitch, Scott and Kirstin! It's a LOT of fun, and a LOT of talent!
Mitch's voice is just pure as silk and so smooth, flawless and looks so effortless and yet its tough and very difficult parts.......... Scott does a stellar job too, but Mitch is just so hot and ...... well what I wouldn't do, (would probably earn me a stalker reputation LOL) .......... Loved it and hope to see more reactions too.

re-run worthy to me! You have a way of summing up everything I try so hard to describe about Mitch's vocal triumphs with just a few words. Perfectly expressed one-liners. I wish I had that gift. Would save me a lot of typing! My fave line was "Mitch's voice can break your heart". THAT was from your "Dog Days" reaction I believe? And you are such a cool customer. A real class act. Like watching a musical vs. of "Masterpiece Theatre". That makes your astounded look a very BIG reaction, and I love it! And you pick the best thumbnails!
