Something that I see a lot during Pride Month and the rest of the year is the LGBT flag being mistaken for the Gay flag. Some people do not even know about the Gay flag! So I thought I'd make a little video to raise awareness and show you what the Gay flag is.
This video is meant to be informative but shouldn't be taken personally at all. If you didn't knew the flag it's alright! I just wanted to make a little silly video on the topic ^^

I thought this video was going to go over the history of the rainbow flag, but it's cool to see a video informing others about the existence of the gay men's pride flag! It's often forgotten about and confused with the rainbow flag (likely due to the societal expectation/implication that "gay" = two men, or at least that's my best guess) and I very rarely see it get talked about or included.
Also I love Bloom so much!!! :3 And the 3D scene was really cool !

I’ve only found gay merch on cosplay cons in artist alley or at vendors :( there’s only one store in my city that has the gay flag but they have the outdated toothpaste one and it took them years to get pins and flags of it aswell

I don't know if that flag in the video is the homosexual flag or the homosexual men's flag. If it's the second one, isn't there a flag that represents just homosexuality of both binary genders? I've been told that that green-white-blue-purple flag is just homosexuality itself but it was mentioned in the video that it's just for men and now I don't know.
Also for me it's very annoying that it's hard to get the questioning flag. I'm questioning and during the Hungarian pride I didn't see any of it. Being questioning is challenging enough I need representation. Not like I would use it until I come out to my parents. I hope they will accept after I say that even though I might like men sexually I want a girlfriend because I'm heteromantic.
Its the MLM flag (Men love men) which means, yes its the flag of homosexual men, or like the video says, transmasc or non-gender-conforming people

Why do people need an assortment of flags? Just one's enough 🏳️🌈
Because some people may feel under/unrepresented with just one flag (which is what the updated progress pride flag aims to do and still can't fully accomplish), and it's important to acknowledge people of certain labels who may be facing more current discrimination, like how trans people currently are. One is good, but more is better.
Personally, I'm glad there's a pan flag and a demigirl flag, having those flags individually lets me proudly state my specific sexuality/gender identity rather than using a general "gay person" flag that's not specific to me at all.

Je comprends pas l'intérêt du pride month, ni même de vouloir un drapeau pour représenter ses attirances, mais sinon oui, si tu montres le drapeau lesbien, montre le drapeau gay aussi, ou alors ne montre que le drapeau arc-en-ciel. C'est dans l'ordre des choses.
Me neither, I don’t need to know your sexual attraction. Why do people need to know the gender of the people you sleep with?
We just take whatever you want us to believe is any of your flags during the moment.
