I just went there and omg I loved it so much it was so much fun and yes the resort is all inclusive and family friendly. Basically everything like the restaurants and drinks are free (only like the spa and other stuff is extra) so yeah I definitely recommend it❤
This video is very misleading because it’s showing a lot of pictures of Wyndham Alltra, which is a different resort in the Hotel Zone (formerly Panama Jack). This video isn’t just showing the Wyndham Grand (formerly Omni Cancun).
I’m here right now, it’s decent, I wouldn’t say fantasy nor impressive but has everything if you just want to chill. There are 2 options for breakfast, 4 options for lunch, 3 restaurants for dinner plus buffet dinner, it’s not too big so don’t have to walk mile to go for dinner or to the beach. Book the restaurant in app or concierge, its not too busy right now so its easy to book but not sure in peak season. I’m happy not to pay top $ to spend all day on the beach and have relatively decent food but if you are the foodie you might feel limited choices.
One of the most beautiful resorts in Cancun. Very nice staff and room as well. But the food is the worst we’ve ever had at any resort ever. Best to just stick to the sushi bar or grab some fruit from the buffet. But the ocean and resort itself make it still a beautiful vacation.
I agree man I am here right now and the food has made me sick. 3/10 for general food experience here the sushi bar and pina colada was great but everything else has made my stomach hurt very bad. Aside from food it's a nice place with great service and nice people but I've had conversations with them and they agreed with me that the food isn't great. Sushi bar and the pina colada is the only genuinely good foods.
The resort was nice and clean, great staff and very friendly , room service : we did mentioned once and no one showed up for a service, then I called them again and no one showed up, finally got to reception and told them again, the buffet and food was really bad, the money we spend consider 2 years ago at iberostar was much less and the whole service including night show and food and everything was awesome. the only things I can say about this place was Brazilian, Italian restaurant we did enjoyed, my biggest complain would be the food,,,,, very bad set up. Honestly will not book again , my experience at this place absolutely vey poor and cheap place to go.
Because they may have other restaurants that you have to Pay for its like a cruise they have all inclusive but may have a steak restaurant or Johnny rockets everything is not completely all inclusive you must never been on a vacation before

the restaurants are completely booked (im here right now) especially davinci, its booked a minute after reservations open :(
