This is a V guard product. I have 2 V guard products and they came for installation promptly. Not had a chance to use their service. I have answered your Voltas query separately. Thanks.

Does any sound come during filling of water?

There is a minimal sound by which you get to know that water is getting filled.

The pH level is not mentioned for this UV filter, but is said to be between 6-7 for the V guard RO filter.
