I love the mixture of the powerful vocals and the softer vocals. This song from a 'hero's' point of view would show both the strength and courage of the hero during battles but also the loneliness and empathy that the hero would feel. Such a great song 👌
It sort of reminds me of myself when I was young I was so happy..but when I was about 12-13 that went away and was replaced with anxiety and depression still don't know why I'm thinking it's because my youngest sister was diagnosed with cancer when she was 2 and then my 'friend ' said I was choosing to feel depressed and I need to deal with it. My sister was still in treatment for cancer when she said that and that's when the SH happened started in 6th maybe 7th grade at the latest end midway through 8th.i feel Like I have failed myself because of it

This song means so much to me and signifies how important what all of us in the medical field are doing to save others. All these stressful nights and long days. Its all worth it in the end though. WOW!! It's very rare for song to bring tears to my eyes, but I couldn't help it when this masterpiece flowed through my ears. I am a father of a autistic son and my family "counts on me" to steer them in the right direction. I relate to every lyric in this song!!!
That warms my heart as I'm directly affected by autism (as I have it and my cousin has it as well)....it's hard ya know knowing you operate differently heck we can't do fire works as they bug me (my uncle set them off once and I cried) and my sisters hate that saying why can't I just deal with it like I do with concerts (such as skillet, NF) I can block out most of that noise plus I'm expecting it. Fireworks you don't especially since our neighbors fire them off the week before and after the fourth of July until 5 in the morning
My son introduced me to this outstanding group and i kid you not yous havent been off... yous are beyond fantastic... so a happy 54 year old sends much love from my heart to yours...

Smashhead Granny says everytime I hear this song I get goosebumps. With APOC's awesome, gentle piano playing and Chris Adam's haunting vocals. I am truly amazed at the versitility that all of the members of Smash Into Pieces!

I’m from the U.S., & I tell you, it’s a shame y’all aren’t bigger over here. That doesn’t surprise me though because American’s wouldn’t know what good music is if it slapped them in the face. Smash Into Pieces is my favorite band because y’all push the boundaries of what rock is! This is a gorgeous rendition of this song (though the OG is incredible too). Keep on keeping on guys!

The location was magical, the ambient lighting matched DJ APOC's mask. Chris Adam's voice was melodic and sung with intense emotion. As for DJ APOC what can't this guy do?... He does it ALL! (DJ, Drums, Piano) The simple fact he played with all he gear on is AMAZING! You guys are multi-faceted, all your music and videos compliment each other. I had a man in my life who was like a father to me and my 4 other brothers, he was murdered 3 years ago, not a day goes by without thinking of him. We are still healing and I keep hearing him from time to time, some nights I don't sleep well at all, I did talk to him before he was murdered, I wished him a happy birthday and he was so happy and thankful to hear me wish him a happy birthday, I heard it in his voice on how happy he was.

I Love the new acoustic reenactments. Never expected a superhero drummer that good on a Piano, and the complimentary voice damn..
