I totally agree! Always gives me a BIG shot of adrenaline and makes you really feel alive!! Which in turn gives me a sort of calming effect afterwards, as well as sort of love for life.
Not that i am any sort of advocate for civilians owning guns by any means (n fact quite the opposite) however shooting guns has a very similar effect! VERY stress relieving!! As long as it is being done safely
