I played against the #1 ranked player a few weeks ago and he played vegeta. Obviously I lost but it was a great game I go back and watch it to see how he played all the time and made a vegeta deck copying some of his cards it’s a good deck.
The timing with Cell vs Vegeta is that Cell would only pop the Vegeta if it was active but not the 2nd rested card. Since the effect happens simultaneously, only the active Vegeta gets popped. Same thing happens if you try to Zenoh Green’s 5e Gohan and 3e Trunks.
Good vs green only, the problem with yellow is if it loses board control it’s over for them, they don’t have any wipe mechanics. Blue has Zeno and red has beerus, green is the king of wipe so…
Tbh I think 6c frieza would have bought you another turn because unless he zenos all his cards come in rested so 5 vegeta wouldn't have attacked if you went to 2
