hi! do you use a nail dryer to dry off the resins? if so, how many watts should be used?

Hi - I use a 36w lamp which seems to be the best so far, many nail ones are only 9w. I bought a gel nail kit off amazon that had the big lamp for $40ish (also included 9 gel polishes, mani pedi necessities and those things they use to make the funky nail art). :)
