The slight problem with this if it ever gets uploaded into Roblox is that it gets spammed. I know a lot of us are annoyed of spamming and spamming of text with a voice is just so annoying.

My Opinion :
I think Roblox shouldn’t add this because incase if someone uses the voice, they can take advantage of it then spam in the chat causing the game to be filled with voices. Unless they can mute the player where there is a volume button in the leaderboard, they can select a minimum audio so they wont be stressed dealing with spammers. But another thing is, there anywhere can be a hacker that can bypass and use the voice to take advantage of it and spam, even if u use the volume thing they might not be able to shut up, and the volume wont operate. So its best not to.
