Which is your AI king?🔥🔥
Samsung❤
AI King, clearly it's the Google Pixel 8 pro. You forgot to mention, if Google didn't have licensed there servers to Samsung to use, this wouldn't even be much of a question. Known is Samsung features are groundbreaking but Google's AI's features are all groundbreaking features. I do understand that Samsung is the new flavor of the moment but let's not act like Samsung AI feature are not Google AI features in disguise. Nothing more, nothing less...
@@avthegamer8736Will you be paying for your Al starting in 2025? I won't be on my pixel 8 Pro
@@yaboipookiepookThe circle feature is literally what we've been using on Pixel for years. Google's been at this for 20+ years now. I don't think anyone thought Samsung would dethrone the Ai king overnight. Competition is good though.
Trust me many so called Galaxy AI features are there in Pixel phones since 6 Pro. I am using Pixel 7 Pro and Z Fold 5, so not biased for any brand. But trust me my Pixel 7 pro is smoother than Z fold 5....I dont do gaming much but use more than 400 apps in my phone.
Cutting short Google was is and always be the AI king...
please cover the disclaimer on Samsung's website that says AI features are free until 2025.
What features will we need to pay for?
When we we need to pay?
How much we they charge?
There's a disturbing silence on this considering AI is such a strong selling point for the phone.
What do you want him to comment on? It was since deleted meaning none knows exactly what will happen. You can be dead sure that phone manufacturers are thinking about ways to monetize their devices over time. If you look at current trends, people keep their phone longer (which is normal since innovation in hardware is almost inexistant).
It will happen at the end of 2025. Maybe as late as early 2026. Samsung won't be the only ones charging extra for AI goodies though.
@@neilmcguinness4422but you don't know that.
Suppose it depends on how this AI stuff goes, either they charge cus it's so successful, or they charge because it will be a dead fad by then and they want to recoup costs somehow
People continue to say titanium is a lighter metal than aluminum, which it's not. Although titanium is about two-thirds heavier than aluminum, its inherent strength means that you need less of it. In fact, you need a fraction of the amount of titanium to get the same physical strength you would get with aluminum. Hence, the confusion about it being a lighter metal than aluminum.
This channel feel inauthentic and corporateY . Almost AI bot ish lol. All you do is read stats from Samsung and googles website
If Google would have used the budget for the temperature sensor, on a better modem. The pixel 8 pro would actually be a usable phone.
million dollar comment
Pixel 8 series is selling like hot cakes tho
@ssaini5028 Google has sold and shipped 40 million in 4 years. Apple did 42.5 million in only 3 months. While Samsung sold 61 million in 3 months as well.
@@thefinalnug Apple is the big name and now the biggest smart phone maker beating out Samsung. None the less Pixels are selling very well
@@thefinalnugYeah, but if you search market growth (not total sales) you'll find that there are countless articles showing how Google Pixel is the only smartphone manufacturer to gain significant market share the past couple years. While the big players (even though they ship a lot more phones than Google overall) growth remained the same or shipped less, year over year. All in a down economy and worst smartphone market in a decade.
Not to mention Pixel stealing shares from Apple and becoming the number one Android used in Japan (#2 behind Apple) the world's third largest economy.
Google has never marketed/ manufactured Pixel phones to ship numbers like Apple & Samsung and Sundar Pichai has made it clear that Pixel & Tensor is a long term strategy with reports of Pixel 10 (Tensor generation 5) to be built 100% in house on TSMC chips. That said, while Tensor is still in sort of a beta period they're still killing it saleswise, proving your "useable phone" comment is purely ignorance, and the avg consumer approves.
Samsung AI is not free. They are charging for it after 2025. They kept that quiet. Other reviews found this in the fine print.
It's not clear yet whether they'll charge for that. So far, they're just saying that AI features will be free of charge at least until 2025. The thing is that we can expect many competitors to bring their own AI features which will then force Samsung's hand, so those features may have to stay free of charge if they don't want to lose customers.
Those AI features depend on server connectivity, maybe with s25u or s26u you'll get them on device.
Titanium is not lighter than Aluminium, it sits between Aluminium and Steel but is more durable than both of them, just a little tip
You need less Titanium for the same strength so less material =lighter.
@@PoliticalMatterThat is true but the statement brought up is that titanium is much stronger AND lighter than aluminum which is false, aluminum has a density of 2.7g/cm³ while titanium has a density of 4,5g/cm3 so titanium has almost double the weight of aluminum
It's lighter in practice when you have to use much less of it to achieve the same goal.
I own a Pixel 8 Pro and I must say it would be better with a 8 Gen 3 chip... Tensor G3 is not really high end in my opinion.
The Pixel 8 Pro is a fine device, but it deserves a better chipset.
@@neilmcguinness4422that’s quite literally what he jus said… 🤦♂️
Only if Google could see this...
We desperately need Next Gen 4 SD flagship chip for Pixel with 1TB UFS 4.0 & 16GB RAM with everything in Pixel 8 Pro to Next on
Even after this video I am still doubting. Is a €200 price tag (current price diff for me) difference worth it for the S24 ultra? Idk ...
The Pixel Pro 8, like its predecessor, the Pixel Pro 7, and other smartphones, has a significant drawback when it comes to extended update support. Over time, these updates lose their value. By the second year of your smartphone's life, a new model is released with enhanced features that the previous model lacks. Additionally, the camera app remains outdated and unupdated. This raises the question of the purpose of these update periods if they result in reduced functionality in subsequent updates. This is the primary reason why I won't consider purchasing Pixel smartphones again, as it represents a flawed approach to updates.
pixel 8 pro camera app is total junk if you actually want use it as pro phone, if you read google pixel app comments they actually are making it worse sometimes
I am extremely annoyed by people repeating that 7 years stuff without actually reviewing how google support looks like

Samsung's One UI is NOT easy to customize to your liking.
"Upped the Ant" 😂
Long time Note/Ultra/Fold user.
Samsung pissed in my Cheerios so I did a carrier deal to get an 8 Pro for $60 on a trade in.
And well, Im not impressed. Samsung adds so many things and the Pixel is just slow and boring. Ive already pre ordered the 24 Ultra and will be letting a family member take the Pixel since I owe 32 months 😂
damn hahahah what and end, i love it
I've traded in my 8 pro for 24ultra. Pixel UI is good simple, but that is all. It has charging issues if you are using phone while charging and so many other stuff, it's just nowhere near a flagship.
My OnePlus Open is extremely underrated.
Also bet even the person making this video doesn't know who had all this ai stuff before pixel even?
Bring back Nexus devices Google, and share the exclusive software features that's BS
Google moving away from Snapdragon was THE single biggest mistake. Now it's impossible to find vanilla android with good hardware. Samsung is the worst OS in the Android space, OnePlus has gone downhill and has international roaming issues....
I'm moving on from pixel till pixel 10 when they switch to tsmc mfg. I've had every pixel except 3/5. I literally can't deal with the thermals on this horrible tensor g2. Pre ordered a s24 ultra for my first Samsung ever I hope I don't hate it but it's only a bridge for me till the pixel 10
@@ShakeNbake9106you'll hate the palm digging corners...
@@MrWhite-7 hopefully it won't be too bad but I I'd rather deal with that then my pixel getting so hot it won't even charge in the summer
I'm guessing you think One UI is bloated even though you can delete and disable all duplicate apps? Lol. "Samsung has the worst OS in the Android space". Said no one ever. More features than almost every android OS and has some of the smoothest animations with the exception of pixel.
@@jordanjackson8873 you cannot disable all Samsung bloatware actually that was the problem, they classified their clunky assistant and other Samsun apps as "system level apps" And actually it's more like "said just about EVERYONE ever" that Samsung was the most bloated, slow, gimmicky Android. S24 ultra with gcam, or Xperia 1v tough decision
7 yrs of updates for s24 or 2 for Sony. That makes it a bit easier.
Wow I should have waited to comment till after I watched the whole video. Love when you read or watch a video then think you know when you really haven't even had either phones that you use day to day. My 8 pro literally lasts all day and then some.
Wish I could install GrapheneOS on the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra
This video came on my TL today in the morning. Was not very interested at first but eventually watched and really liked It, was such a nice video. Your voice was really soothing and have that calming vibe. Google just need to get few things right especially time they dump this tensor/exynos chip and get the latest 8 gen 3. Do something about the modem for better connectivity/coverage. For gods sake move the power button below the volume rocker. Create an ecosystem just like apple and than sky is the limit. Cheers
Pixel 8 Pro all day any day.
It's okay to be wrong
@@The6ixGun It's good of you to admit it.
@@Mark-sz6mqwish I could look past the tensor chip but this thing has AWFUL thermals. I've had every pixel except 3/5 I have a s24 ultra preordered to hold me over till Google switches to tsmc chip mfg😊
@@ShakeNbake9106 I understand how you feel. I'm loyal to Google so I'm going to roll with them. I'm still using the pixel 7 Pro and I know eventually they will upgrade the chip and that's when I'll upgrade.
@@Mark-sz6mq the pixel 10 is when they move away from Samsung chips and switch to tsmc. You can look it up. That chip should be much better that's when I'll come back
Well you can get the 8 Pro for $799 in Google store.
Had the Galaxy 22 Ultra I never used the pen. Then I got Pixel 7 pro😢 it bad until I got the andriod 14 update made it better. Now I got Pixel 8 pro. I really want the Sony Xperia 1V cuz it's the only phone that has headphone jack SD card 4K 120 HZ front facing speakers no camera intruding in the screen display. Those are the main things for me but the price and you only get 2yrs of OS I think 3 yrs of security. So that played a part of me not getting it
I'm also torn between Xperia 5V and Pixel 8 pro. Still not sure which one to pick :D It would be my primary tool to film my trips along with action camera (= camera being the #1 important thing in the phone). Hard decisions!
@@Combotful think they dumb the Sony Xperia 5 V down. The 5 was basically the same as the 1 except the 4k display and it was smaller but. Now they made it look cheaper. Im check out.
I myself didn't find the ~400€ difference (1000€ 5 V, 1400€ 1 V) worth of the money. But it seems that the price difference is different in each country.
But hey, after ~20-30h research where I was torn between Pixel 8 & Xperia 5 V, I ended up buying Honor Magic 5 Pro :D It seems to excel in video as good as Xperia & Pixel, but it cost only 900€ with 512gb memory. Seemed like a nobrainer for my needs!@@jjeter7828
@@CombotfulIf you are not experienced as a photographer go for the Pixel. If you really know your way around a camera however, I would go for the Sony.
That was what I was thinking: Pixel is for easy access good point-and-shoot videos, and Sony is a good tool if I want to make filming and how to become better at filming a hobby of mine. BUT I did decide to go for "Honor Magic 5 Pro" afterall.@@neilmcguinness4422

I really dont know which i choose i have s21ultra and i want to change. i know the s24 ultra is better but the look is the same and i want experience new things but I'm scared that i make a mistake, help me pleaseeeee🙏🙏🙏
The S24 Ultra is faster and more powerful, but the Pixel is cheaper and it has as good a camera system as anything out there. It has a very weak modem though, and connectivity issues can occur. If you go for the 24U you will never regret it. I wouldn't say the same about the Pixel unfortunately.
I bought the pixel 8 pro but returned it when I realized you can't switch between front and rear camera while recording like on the samsung. I also missed samsung themes for costomizing. And the volume of the pixel 8 pro while gaming was way to low. Waiting on my s24ultra now

Get the Pixel and save yourself hundreds of $ or £, the pixel pro is a very good phone and the cameras are so similar.

Samsung copy from pixel
Everybody will be copying the Pixel now. And some may do it a lot better.
Samsung copied from everyone and do it better 😅😂
That's why they're always coming back on top and not to mention the revenue from Marketing is returned back for marketing itself
Pixel 8 Pro>S24U easily.
I bought the S²⁴ultra so I guess that's says my choice for best of the two
Great choice👍
