Really interesting that phantom step is in the B tier. I feel like the invisibility messes up pretty much any non-asura level players. It’s personally S tier for me.
Last time I tried Starfall, the enemy could just focus through the attack, winning the trade, and that's what you do by default anyway. Or has it been changed? TuNa is S tier at least in solos. If you play a hero that can prolong the fight, the value it gives is massive. Yes, it can be bursted down but that's not the norm, and even in that case you get at least value of one armor upgrade. Phantom step is at least A tier, it can majorly benefit the base mechanics of the game you when using it to dash around the enemy.
