Hermitcraft fans: *triggered by toycat*
Da whole hobbit gang is about to introduce themselves

7 things I would never do in Minecraft:
1. Build an insane sugar cane farm
2. Laminate the end in glass
3. Deport villagers to the end
4. Build an egotistical statue of my Minecraft skin
5. Cover a forest with stone
6. Attempt to drain the Nether
7. Walk almost a million blocks in Minecraft....twice
Don't forget getting all blocks
Nice
🧢
Dolphin Dreamer how is it egotistical. It’s a damn statue. Every Minecraft player has made a statue. Also if you try and roast someone for making a sugarcane farm you are mental. Sugarcane is like the most valuable non ore. Laminating the new with glass is a fun project after you beat the game, something you have never done. “Deporting” (you only say deporting to make him look bad) villagers to the end is for trading in the end if you ever happen to be there. Also it could be a project. Again it’s not egotistical. Covering a forest with stone is also an end game project for fun and it would look cool. Attempting to drain the nether is a highly talked about topic that is like an achievement and would also look cool and it’s a late game project. Walking 1m blocks twice is something people would want to see (it gets interesting at around 65000 blocks) and it’s an achievement and a fun idea. Just because you are the true definition of a bot at Minecraft doesn’t mean you should completely ignore someone when they are right. You probably did every single one if not all of these.
Edit: It’s his world he is gonna make a statue of himself if he wants it’s not Hypixel or Mineplex or The Hive or someone else’s server.
Edit 2: You aren’t gonna respond because you are what your profile picture implies. A cat.

"a big debate between two big enchantments" -procceeds to talk about fortune vs silk touch
Infinity vs Mending: am i a joke to you?
The joke is you think mending is ok on a bow
@@jessemisner3351 I can agree it's not okay under regular circumstances, and the repairing is slow as a snail, but in late game I use tipped arrows so infinity ain't nothing
I mean i have mending on my bow. Because its got all of its enchatments at max tier... and id rather make that unbreakable (no pun intended) and craft/ farm more arrows as needed than build that bow all over again and as for fortune vs silk touch, why not both?. I have 2 sets of pickaxes, shovels and axe with both, also all maxed with all of its compatible enchantments.
@@nyrayegermangenson8160 Would fortune be rendered useless if you mix with silktouch?
@@odddman5834 well you can't have both on 1 pickaxe. Fortune and silk touch are invaluable in their own ways. Fortune is used for mining, especially on diamonds or emeralds, why only have 1 when you can have possibly 4, coal and Redstone and lapis too
Silk touch the other hand allows you to get blocks you couldn't normally 9/10 times such as coral fans and tubes. If you like sea lanterns use silk touch to forgo the hassle of breaking and recrafting it if it gave you enough as well as glowstone. Admittedly silktouch is more for creativity and utility, while fortune is more for instant value especially early game. I won't get diamonds without fortune 3, if I find diamonds when not having it i mark it and come back later

I really like jungle bases though, and that’s because they DON’T look bad, they look GOOD.
You don’t tear down the jungle, you build WITH the jungle.
Your base isn’t simply just one place, as it extends by bridge from tree to tree, making a beautiful village in the tree tops.
It’s probably not a good idea to build your first house in a jungle, but jungle homes are freaking amazing, even more so if you’ve added shaders.

Austin MacCarthy he left the tree floating to not waste an extra unnecessary time cutting down trees the viewers want the actual video. He left out the sword because the other items are a bigger problem because of the mining time. He left the crafting table because he didn’t need it for the rest of the video. He used cobweb to emphasize that it would look trash. He put grass on grass because he knew the bottom grass would turn to dirt eventually and it’s barely noticeable and he wasn’t trying to do a dirt house meme. He didn’t need the boat. I gotta disagree with you on fishing for food. I've been playing on a deep warm ocean world and fishing is pretty much the only reliable food source early game, plus it wasn't too hard to get Luck of the Sea, so I got plenty of treasure as well. And, I personally find fishing more relaxing than going on a hoglin killing spree or factory farming a bunch of noisy chickens.
I totally agree. I try to get a fishing rod asap.
I see you two are men of culture as well 👍 I am all about getting a regular fishing rod and trying to get a better one before it breaks (once you get mending it's gg, getting other perks is just a matter of time). The only issue is getting an anvil for repairs in a solo playthrough because you basically need 31 iron ingots and that is a pretty hefty cost.
Also I love the process of creating a God bow through fishing + repairing: Power V, Unbreaking III, Punch II, Flame, Infinity 👌
And you also get tons of enchanted books. I got mending once.
Sophie Smiles yes, that’s the only reason to fish.
Fishing is seriously op in this game, both from a food and loot standpoint.

3: disagree, ive never had a problem with building my first house in a jungle, also i like the challenge of it
4: depends, sometimes ive encountered weird oddities in generated structures
5: depends, i have xp farms so there really isn't a reason to silk touch a ore and mine later for xp with the exception of nether quartz ore because its really common, however i can understand the idea of the ore as building blocks for making a fake cave and other such building projects that sounds kinda cool , also its cool to show off silk touched emerald ore because its rare
6: agree, Blue ice boats are really good , the only downside is blue ice is tricky to get in large ammounts early game so its more a mid-late game thing
7: agree, i really only fish with enchanted poles for the enchanted books, enchanted bows, name tags, saddles, and treasure stuff, the 100s of fish i get is just a side effect of all that fishing, though fishing for food could be useful early game
Fishing farm for treasure and thousands of fish
With the first one you can use a wooden axe for stripping wood at the same speed as a normal axe and u also have a fuel source when your done..
William Proffitt but you can also wait 1 minute and have a stone axe which can strip and chop tons more wood at a much faster speed
Mystic System the only reason I see to silk touch stuff is to save inventory space so you could mine longer
@@f1rebreather123 no you missed my point for example. You have a diamond axe and a wooden axe. Do you waste durability on your diamond axe stripping wood or do you use your wooden one and use it as a fuel source. Also stripping wood is done instantly no matter the type of axe. Peaceful mode is good for 1. New gamers who haven’t ever played minecraft or many other games 2. Kids who find the monsters scary or 3. People with anxiety who get frightened easily.
I thought the first one was gonna be “don’t break tree all the way”
Id say acacia and jungle are swapped in how he said them. Jungle is quirky while acacia is terrible and shouldn’t be used.
Another point for Silk Touch over Fortune is that for seriously long mining sessions, it saves you inventory space, especially when mining redstone as you'll get 1 ore block as opposed to like 9 redstone dust.
Sorry, but I build Wood tools. There's a couple good reasons for this:
1. A wood Hoe lasts basically forever. It tills enough plots to grow excess food before you've even used half of it. There's literally no reason to waste any other material on a Hoe except wood.
2. I prefer using Stone as a building material and thus I need as much of it as possible. If I'm having to sacrifice stone each time to build a new tool, that's just more stone I'll end up having to mine in the long run. Wood is far more renewable, easy to get a massive excess of, takes 1/4 the time to get an equal amount of it (because each log splits into 4 planks, which each piece of stone is 1 piece of stone), wood is also useful as Coal, so any excess logs you don't need, you can turn into Charcoal to cook your stone. Though, yeah, no reason to make more than 1 wood sword. Also, it's not worth it to make a shovel out of anything except wood as unless you're doing some massive project and need a lot of a material harvested by a shovel, you'll never even use up your wood shovel until like 5 hours into the game. So, honestly, there's no reason to waste STONE on sets of tools, when wood is fine. Don't waste stone on hatchets, shovels, or hoes. You'll never need more than one wood sword and 1 wood pickaxes. You'll never need more than 1 stone sword. You'll never need more than one iron pickaxe or sword, and you'll never need more than one diamond pickaxe.
3. Most materials you'll mine with tools don't need to be any better than wood. As stated before... wood shovels will last you forever unless you've got some massive project in the works that requires a lot of glass or something. There's no reason to waste stone on tools you're really not going to use much of. Few people even bother using hatchets on trees. But, if they do, wood is the best material for it since you can chop down like 15 trees before ever needing a new one (which is like 1 stacks of logs, and like 4 stacks of wood)
4. You don't have to carry cobblestone on you to make a new tool. Nor do you have to rummage around in boxes to get your cobblestone to make new stone tools. Just use wood unless you absolutely need it to be out of stone.
5. If you lose your wood tools, who cares? Died with wood tools? Who cares? Using wooden tools minimizes risk to the player if something bad should happen, like falling into lava or dying in the Nether. It hurts less to lose wooden tools than it does to lose slightly better stone tools. There's no reason to carry stone tools on you unless you plan on using them for larger projects. If you're just exploring, wood tools are the best things to carry with you. Yes, even a Sword. Every time I go exploring 15,000 blocks from my spawn, my entire loadout consists of just wood tools. I don't even run out of uses of them by the time I reach my destination. There's no reason to waste stone on tools if you don't have to.
