What a journey it’s been. Walking into my local record store in 2004 I spotted a gem called Wintersun and knew great things were coming for this band. Enduring a flood and various other setbacks that were out of the bands control I waited patiently for a new release that came in the form of Time…it’s a full circle moment for me and many others when I say congratulations on Time II, Wintersun! I look forward to many more years of your work.

Planning on getting a USB stick to keep the music on and call it the TIME STICK.
But not sure how many GB would I need?
Yeah would be good to know. Although USB sticks are fairly cheap now. $20 USD for a 128gb Sandisk (be careful of all the Amazon fakes)
TIME PACKAGE will be around 30-40 GB. So if you don't have that much space on your computer's hard drive, it will fit nicely on a 64 GB USB flash drive (aka "memory stick"), which you can get under 10 bucks these days.
I think the name Time Drive would be a little more apt because then it also sounds like a sci-fi engine

Been listening to this band since 2009. I remember seeing their first show in the US in Arizona outdoors under a full moon, and in a dive bar in South Carolina. I will always support Wintersun. You guys are great!

I can't wait for my download links to arrive and for the first listen of Time II. That's going to be beyond epic.
And although the content of the Time Package will keep me busy for years to come, there is never too much Wintersun under the Sun and so I'm excited for the future releases and preorder campaigns. I think that beating the content of the Time Package is next to impossible, but than again you're The Man and it's very much possible that you'll manage to exceed our expectations yet again - whenever it may be...

I can't wait for Time II of course, but also for the other albums! I love the more operatic and symphonic Wintersun as much as the more fast-paced and aggressive Wintersun. I hope there's also something similar to the debut in the works, of course with all the better mixing and advancements! Can you guys PLEASE make sure the audio files for each album in the package have the metadata embedded in each file prior to release (e.g. album art, album name, track name, release year, etc.)? It'd be a huge pain to go in and manually edit all that after release.

Congratulations Jari! I said it already but still - a damn shame I couldn't support you due to certain events in my life. If I may, I'd like to ask: will you make it possible to buy contents of TIME package similarly to how people can buy everything that was in Forest Seasons pre-order or all that exclusive stuff (like Time I v2.0, legendary demos and those 'other surprises') will remain exclusive? Cause once I will be able to, I'd rather support you directly if possible!

Question to the Isolated Tracks: Are these for real the isolated tracks you used for mixing? I told my musician buddy about this, and he honestly can't beelieve you share these with your audience.
The Isolated Tracks will have six stereo tracks for each song (excluding the instrumental songs): 1. Drums 2. Bass 3. Rhythm Guitars 4. Melody & Solo Guitars 5. Vocals 6. Orchestrations & Synths.
Any tours planned??
Please also let us know the tools and resources needed to enjoy this masterpiece (eg - headphones, lighting, alcohol of choice, seating, etc) LOL…. Just kidding… cant wait for August 30th… my best birthday gift (2nd Sep) ever. Thanks Wintersun ❄️🌞

Hi Jari, do you think there will be a possible official release of 'A chance to live again' and 'Fading miracles' from Immemorial? Unless I'm mistaken those 2 songs are not present in the posted tracklist of the Early demos
I'm not sure but I think those were made by the other guy in Immemorial, so it's not Jari's work. Therefore he will not release it under Wintersun

Why ? Soon physical releases will be released. That's why they threw that campaign, to make as much money as they can before nuclear blast launches a wave of new products.
