Didn't see anything "premium" here, the same type of places as in any medium to high end mall in Bangalore. Infact the malls are bigger, better and more premium in Bangalore and Mumbai.
Atleast visit UB City in Bangalore or Jio World Drive in Mumbai to see what premium really means.
For sure it's not India's first in anything. It's a good mall don't get me world. But the video title is misleading.
