The other guy is right! Pity systems are separate for different summoning crystals used. You will still get Anora if you summon 250 times with rare crystals in total
Congrats on the Laya, you could build pity on Anora's banner but stop be for you pull her, the finish your pity on the 2x 15x before swapping back to get Anora.
I have pulled 170 on the Anoura banner and no legendary and I’m 184 into pity. So, I will pull on the other banner tomorrow until I hit a legendary then finish off Anoura

Divines don't effect Rare shard pity. Divines, Rares and Ancients each have their own pity

I summoned for Anora and at 70 rares I got Laya. I stopped I'll continue tomorrow at Lucius banner.😅
