Yes I agree , I have met some 11 path and they seem so obsessed with numbers that they see? I know it's always good to understand the meanings behind the numbers and utilizing them correctly however I think some 11 go extreme with it and it becomes counter productive and then ever where they look there waiting for a number to appear or constantly trapped In duality by the cubic systems parameters and if one goes too far it can consume you and all your time, energy etc. Just know 11 pathers that numbers are there and try not to form too much thought as to why or you will stay trapped . Have you come across many with a double master number, both name and birthdate? Also, sometimes the master number can be hidden (as in the case Im referring to). If you add the day and month to the year, and then reduce those 4 numbers, you can get a different double digit than just a linear addition. This was the case Im referring to (33/6). She had a 3 consonant number and a 3 vowel number in her birth name, making 33/6 . Also her passport number came to 33, and also her car's number plate!!! What would you expect in such circumstances? Also, the first US election of the new (2) millenia, three of the four candidates Obama McCain and Biden (pres and vice pres) were all 11's. Good facts to present to sceptics .

6-15-1988 here. 38/11 I believe? My grandmother is also an 11. She was an educator for many many years. Everywhere I go people I've never met ask me about her and only have amazing things to say about her compassion etc.. "like no teacher i've ever had" What a legacy. I worry a lot about my path. im a master 11 (life path) and in my experience it does indeed feel like a curse, sure some good aspects. But for the most part it feels like hell to me.
As she pointed out in the video, with the greater wisdom, experience, and understanding, comes also a greater responsibility and pressure to achieve and accomplish more in this lifetime. I don't have a master number LP, but I was born on the 11th, and I know I am a very, VERY old soul. So I relate to the Master 11 gift/curse very strongly. I always feel that I know I am here for something big and that I have a purpose that I have yet to really discover. This results in me feeling lost, confused, mostly greatly frustrated, and feeling very unfulfilled. I'm not serving my purpose for humanity and my life is being wasted on me. If I do it your way I get an 11 for my life path (April-9-1960), but if I follow the books in the book store I always get a 20/2. Is that because they have a different tradition?
I too have come across a lot of books calculating the life path number in various ways. I'd like to say that the most popular trend of calculating the life path number is adding up all the digits n reducing to a single digit. the final single digit always has to be considered come wat may... even if u are a master number... but, for more detailed and accurate result, you have to find your actual double digit code. for that calculate by not reducing the numbers initially and only finally reducing them. Calculating that way, your life path number would be 29/11 :)

Have you come across many with a double master number, both name and birthdate?
Also, sometimes the master number can be hidden (as in the case Im referring to). If you add the day and month to the year, and then reduce those 4 numbers, you can get a different double digit than just a linear addition. This was the case Im referring to (33/6). She had a 3 consonant number and a 3 vowel number in her birth name, making 33/6 . Also her passport number came to 33, and also her car's number plate!!!

Master numbers (11, 22 and 33) can be a curse and they can be a blessing when they appear in a Numerology chart -- but above all, they can be confusing! The rules for when to reduce Master numbers to single digits and when to leave them as double-digit numbers are not as easily defined as we would like them to be.
When a double-digit number or a date does not have the power to unleash Master number potential, we reduce it to a single digit. For example, the month of November is an 11 and, in theory, might be considered a Master number. However, a month simply does not have Master number power. If it did, we would be going through some considerable turmoil every year come November. Similarly, days by themselves do not have Master number energy either. Consequently, we reduce the 11th and 22nd days of any month to 2 and 4, respectively, during almost all calculations. An exception to that rule is when we calculate the Life Path and Birth Day numbers -- in part because they are core numbers in a chart, but also because they are more static, as opposed to the dynamic, changing nature of cycles. Keep in mind that the date of your birth is a dynamic number when viewed as just a date within the Universal cycle of calendar years, but it is a static number when seen as a single moment, a window in time through which you stepped into this life; the momentous event that is your birth.
When adding the digits found in a date to calculate cycles, such as Personal Year, Month and Day cycles, we always reduce the Master numbers, both within the date itself and in the process of adding them. Therefore, 9/11/2001 is first reduced to 9-2-3 (reduce 11 to 2, and 2001 to 3). As I mentioned, a date by itself does not have Master number potential.
If, however, we want to analyze a particular date, pulling it out of the context of a cycle, we still work with units that have been reduced to single digits, but now we recognize and acknowledge Master numbers during the process of calculation. Hence the fact that 9-2-3 (for September 11, 2001) has a First Pinnacle of 11 (from 9 + 2).
This is an apparent contradiction, but it does make some sense when you think about cycles as having progressive momentum, while a precise date is a specific point on that linear progression -- dynamic versus static.
To continue our little venture into confusionism, when adding digits to find a sum total in almost all calculations based on a name, we do not reduce Master numbers at any point. Even when we look for cycles that are derived from the name, such as Transit and Essence cycles, we do not reduce Master numbers. To make it even more mystifying, in the case of Essence cycles, we pay as much attention to the double-digit numbers as we do to their single-digit sums, even when those double-digit numbers are not Master numbers.
Finally, some letters, just like dates, have Master numbers. The K is the 11th number and the V is the 22nd number, two Master numbers that have been reduced to 2 and 4 respectively because Numerologists do not assign Master number powers to letters. They do, however, assign Master number power to additions that result in 11 or 22. Basically, the logic that decides on the fate of Master numbers when working with dates mirrors the logic used in the process of analyzing names.

Question, when working with names, are there limitations in recognizing master numbers such as 44? Some say they only recognize up to 33 and that my name (equaling 44 [22+11+11]) should just be reduced to 4 or perhaps 8, or maybe 44/8, lol. You seem to have a better understanding of the calculation of Expression or Destiny Numbers than most, so I value your opinion and would really appreciate it.

im a master 11 (life path) and in my experience it does indeed feel like a curse, sure some good aspects. But for the most part it feels like hell to me.
As she pointed out in the video, with the greater wisdom, experience, and understanding, comes also a greater responsibility and pressure to achieve and accomplish more in this lifetime. I don't have a master number LP, but I was born on the 11th, and I know I am a very, VERY old soul. So I relate to the Master 11 gift/curse very strongly. I always feel that I know I am here for something big and that I have a purpose that I have yet to really discover. This results in me feeling lost, confused, mostly greatly frustrated, and feeling very unfulfilled. I'm not serving my purpose for humanity and my life is being wasted on me. If I do it your way I get an 11 for my life path (April-9-1960), but if I follow the books in the book store I always get a 20/2. Is that because they have a different tradition?
I too have come across a lot of books calculating the life path number in various ways. I'd like to say that the most popular trend of calculating the life path number is adding up all the digits n reducing to a single digit. the final single digit always has to be considered come wat may... even if u are a master number... but, for more detailed and accurate result, you have to find your actual double digit code. for that calculate by not reducing the numbers initially and only finally reducing them. Calculating that way, your life path number would be 29/11 :)
