Riding "The Plunge" new lift 9 top to bottom West Drain Telluride Ski Resort

In this video we finally get to ride some good lift 9 action here at Telluride. The lift is quick, and makes for some good riding no doubt. I enjoyed lapping the trees all around the Plunge run itself most of the day. Big thanks to Jake the West drain is my favorite no doubt. Enjoy the video. 100% the things I would do to ride the old chair one more time. Don’t get me wrong new chair is awesome but the old chair is one of my favorites

@@TheDreamologist I took that lift up with John F. Kennedy Jr. and Darryl Hannah. I used to live at Shandoka and work at Telluride motors. Are those places still there? Is Rose's grocery?

I’ve never been to Telluride before the new Lift 9 went in, but I can say that this lift was a welcome addition for Telluride!

It’s faster and bigger than the old lift for sure. Great terrain underneath.

I helped build this lift. It took us 3 days to fly all the towers and sheaves in and we had like 20 people at the job site. It was a great experience. Thanks Dopplemayr for the opportunity
