When Colby mentioned the hanging tree story in the beginning. I got goosebumps!
I was told about that story as a kid from my grandparents but they described it as if it happened in Hawaii because that’s where they’re from! They have these trees in Hawaii called Banyan and they have hanging branches, that you can swing and grab to climb. The Banyan tree branches were used to h*ng the boyfriend in the story (also to scratch the top of the car).
I haven’t heard that story in over 15 years! Legit chills!🫢

Since we're all speculating I'd like to put in my two cents: The first thing we hear, which is speculated to be "Call the police" sounds more like, "Please, please. I'm leaving, I'm leaving!" Then, where they speculate it says "hurry hurry", it sounds (to me) like "I'm going, I'm going!" So my idea is that the one guy (the guy in the car later) Is performing a satanic ritual (thus the ripped bible), and the second guy (the guy we hear) stumbled across this happening. The first guy was probably doing something where he didn't want witnesses, and thus attacked the second guy. I don't think he was saying to hurry and call the police because neither person seemed to know that the group was there, as evidenced by the guy later asking "How long have you been up there?" Which was probably asked because he didn't want other witnesses. Idk but that's my analysis.

As a fan that has watched Sam and Colby for 6 whole years and love books I was over the top when I heard that they are releasing a book so I bought it and let me say I was not disappointed it was one of my favourite book that I have read and I highly recommend buying even if you don’t like books! I love it sooo much and Sam and Colby’s videos always make my day so glade that I decided to click that one video instead of getting off my phone in 2015
