      Thanks for watching and Happy New Year! Don't worry.... Because there's been plenty of push from fans and followers, we have something in the works for backpacks, butt packs, and more. We just don't have a date set in concrete yet, but if my hunch is correct, it can potentially go out by the time we release our thigh and drop-leg holsters with belt (which are tentatively scheduled for late March - mid April).
      Thanks again and take care.

    7:03 have you ever done, or thought to do helmets and/or M.A.S.K. helmets for figures? The flexibility here reminds me of some of the recent black series helmets (clones, troopers, Mandalorians, etc.) that fit over head sculpts
    That initial classified cobra commander buck has always made me think it could be used as a younger, more slender, Miles Mayhem (popping a gung ho head to tweak), and having a Viper mask for that scale would be cool. Whether it's over a head, or over a neck peg, either would be cool options for M.A.S.K. and V.E.N.O.M. helmets.

      Thanks for watching and the tip. We've definitely considered helmets and other "head gear", so it is something we have our sights on for future releases. Thanks again and take care.

    Can you still utilise the ab crunch with the vest on?

    • @MiniArmsDepot
      @MiniArmsDepot  Před 8 měsíci

      Thanks for watching, and great question! The material is flexible enough that it really shouldn't affect the joints and movement of the abs on the figure. It can however, limit the degree of "bend". For example, the forward motion will be limited since the magazine pouches on the front will hit the front waist line, and will stop the bend eventually. Thanks again and take care.

    Heat gun would work perfectly for this you just don’t blast it, move the thing around the general area And it will be fine. Either way cool kitbash

      No worries, thanks for watching =) Aside from the brown and black color, we're also in the process of making some in white/natural color for an "arctic" look, and possibly one in orange, for a retro style look. Should be out by late MARCH of early APRIL this yeasr. Thanks again and take care.

    Quick question....
    Wouldn't it just be easier to just Make the vest with a sort of clip, strap, button or peg method?
    Most toy accessories that are meant to be removable, like championship belt. Has this capability.
    So why not just do that?

      Thanks for watching. Yeah we actually thought of doing the peg and hole method like for the WWE champ belts but ran into issues. The material is way softer compared to the flex materials made from Mattel (which is PVC, I believe). The pegs would bend while being placed in the hole to close the vest off on the back.
      I wish we could make these in PVC, but our injection molding machines are not capable of injecting PVC materials unfortunately..... =)
      Take care and thanks for watching. We got more flex accessories lined up for 2024, so stay tuned and be on the look out.

    you really only need a mug or something if you're only swapping the arms. You only need to fully submerge the figure if you're taking it apart completely or nearly enough. It'll save on water and dishwasher space. You also don't need to reheat the arms when you're putting them back in, only the torso. You want the peg hole to be soft enough to push the peg through, but if the peg is soft too then it'll be like thumbing in a softie. Not fun.

      Thanks for the reply and the tip. I'll try the mug approach for next time... =) Take care

    You could have just put it in the cup…

    This method is almost hassle free if it wasn't for the fact the figure gets wet in the inside for a few days

    • @MiniArmsDepot
      @MiniArmsDepot  Před 8 měsíci +1

      Thanks for the comment. Getting it wet in hot water is just one way to do it. I've also heard of people using a hair dryer and heat gun. Regardless of which method is used, the goal is to get heated up so that the arms can be removed... =) Thanks for watching. Take care.
