I struggle a lot in terms of connecting with my feelings and understanding them. It constantly feels like a drought of loneliness, but Gavin Luke always makes me feel something, even if it´s a tiny little sadness, grief, melancholy or even love, he´s always there, reminding me I have feelings, somewhere.
I think we need music and art to reawaken the connection, as well as love and human kindness, empathy

The disconnect happens sometimes. It will take its own time. Do not force it because you cannot. You will feel again. Perhaps not the same way, because we grow as people. But I really wish you find that again soon. Because it's beautiful to be sensitive.

@@meighlinyoga np there are more on Spotify like what once was but that is already in the video same with awash i also recommend Johannes Burnlof who is equally as good here's one of his pieces he did which is one of my personal favorite from him. I could tell you more but it will ruin the experience to listen to all their songs because there very well done.
