The Return of the Rope Dart Master

I am a Morro Bay staring at one of my favorite views, Morro Rock and the ocean. All of a sudden this guy walks by doing this rope dart dance/fight kata that I have watched forever on what was called Black Belt Theater when I was a kid. He wasn't great, but a lot better than I can do.
