So far this is by far the most informative video on lentil growing. Thank you!

After watching this video I appreciate the complexity of harvesting this nutritious food. So many of our foods show up at our local markets and we give no thought to it.

I want, first of all, to congratulate you about your amazing video. Afterward, as an expert I thought you could answer to my question below: My son has turned mad with lentils and the plants to harvest seeds from plants created by seeds. The question I want to ask is: Is it possible to create plants from lentils that can provide seeds and can be harvested? If possible, I would like to ask for your email address so that I can express some other doubts for seeds, especially lentils. Thank you very much!

The lentils grown in Canada are often harvested for food; however, growers often keep seed back for use in their seeding intentions for the following year. There are some varieties that have a specific trait (i.e. imi tolerant types), that require appropriate authorization to keep the seed. Non imi types are often saved for seed for the following year. The imi types can be used in similar fashion with appropriate authorization. For more information, contact Dale Risula at dale.risula@gov.sk.ca

A video's title tells viewers the single most important part of the video -- what the video is about. In this case, the video should be about when to harvest lentils, but somehow there is nothing of this information. Either learn how to title your videos, or learn how to provide appropriate content.

What he did was provide information about the trade-offs and other considerations for harvesting based on the way the plant grows. Understanding this you will need to make your own decisions based on your growing conditions. I certainly don't expect someone from Saskatchewan to tell me when to harvest out here on the coast but I have a much better idea what to look for now.

Yeah, we all know what he did, but none of your arguments address my point, which ironically, is the that his content completely fails to address the topic of his title. Maybe it's just me, going thru life, inexplicably thinking that words have meaning -- but a video called How to X should above all else tell how to do X. If the video doesn't tell how to do X, then the title shouldn't say that it does.
