Just had my daughter’s wedding in the exact place you had in the video. The wedding coordinator was less than responsive. What was paid for was NOT delivered. I feel the front line workers were trying to make this a great experience, middle management and above couldn’t;t care less. Nothing is guaranteed for your wedding, from rooms to locations, to meals. Other daughter had her wedding at the Excellence resorts and it was flawless .
Im so sorry to hear that. I totally agree higher up does not care! and it shows. I'm just very glad my guests had a great time and loved the facilities and the staff. We were blessed to have a very responsive coordinator and she made it pretty evident that she was fighting for our needs even though she didn't win lol
@@ittakestwotv I am planning on having our wedding in 2024 at the Cusco Terrace. We are going to sign the contract. I was curious if you recommend the coordinator that you had? Was she responsive? How was the planning portion?
Fernanda was my coordinator she was very responsive! The planning portion was pretty easy once we were passed to her (went through 2 other people first) I'd say have visuals for everything you have in mind and ask to talk to the people they delegate tasks to (florals photo video musicians) just to make sure what you want is extremely clear... happy planning!!@@jessicamartin3446

Hi Bride! In my opinion the Grand is a much NEWER and Larger resort with many food options and things to do. In Ocho Rios the food is fantastic and its more of a intimate resort for a smaller wedding with things to do OUTSIDE of the resort. I would love to give you my full opinion of both locations!
