Charlie Pride was a very big part of my childhood days in the cotton fields with my cousins. My cousin Johnny knew all his songs and sang to us while we worked. Those are precious memories
i just want to cry .......... just before dawn today i saw Jesus in my dream ..... i ran towards him, bent down and start kissing his feet and crying at the same time ........ OHHHHH HOW I LOVE HIM SO!!!! He actually went to my mum fist in my dream and then i ran towards Him ...... i think Jesus is telling me to pray for my mum .......... we all need to RUN to Him in times of loneliness and troubles..... He surely comforts my soul and thats why i will never let Him go !!!!!!!!

He was a great man, we talked for about 30.mins..what a beautiful man..He signed his picture and its hanging in my office.I always wished I could see him again, but never did..God bless his soul..rip charlie

I meet Charley Pride back in the 80's I was a limo driver .He was a very nice man .He gave me a signed autograph that I have hanging on the wall in my office still today . I was so sad to hear that Charley passed away and from this horrible covid virus of all things. What an incredible voice a true country legend.
