- I've been going back and forth between a makeup no buy and low buy for years now, so I have lots of tips about how to properly stick to it! In this video I'm going to be discussing what I do when I want to go out and buy makeup and am struggling to stick to my no buy. I feel like I've subconsciously adopted the makeup bag challenge - I have my everyday makeup bag, possibly pan/only use occasionally bag, then my I'm not going to use this in the next 6 months bag. However I've only had my everyday makeup bag due to having packed the others up for moving! I've been able to make better panning progress on products with having a consistent daily makeup bag.
Some really great tips. I'm supposed to be on a no buy at the moment.... I went through a depop phase when I discovered it was a thing in Australia and bought some high end makeup (ND, PM, and MJ) that i really shouldn't have, but they were all brand new and half price, so I couldn't say no. I've been loving using them, and have no regrets buying them, but I definitely broke my no buy. I'm pretty happy with where I am currently, but i am looking to downsize and use up some makeup. It's going to take me MONTHS to use them up though. I've been working on a Colourpop Gel eyeliner since November last year. Had about 1.5cm worth of product left and thought "yeah, i'll get that done before I move back to Australia in February". It's still my daily go-to eyeliner. and i'm still not done with it nearly 8 months later. *sigh* It's going to be an exciting day when I call that eyeliner done. lol. Project panning is definitely curving my urge to buy new things at the moment.

How smart you two both ! This year I bought various pallettes , ended I sold them out because there’s so many colors and made me overwhelmed ! I’d love to do some project pans for eyeshadows next year in 2023 . This year I am so enjoyed watching your videos and project pans / use your stash !

Why 3-1/2 yrs of makeup no buy? That’s a really long time I couldn’t do that heck I can’t even go one month lol!!
A lot of factors!! I dive into them in other videos but it started off with me having too big of a collection and now it's because I try to play less into consumerism and not buy stuff first hand if I can help it :)
