- I modded the Halo 3 campaign to turn every enemy into a hunter and then put it on Legendary and added 6 skulls for "fun". It was a very fun challenge run to do, and I encourage anyone else who wants to play or make a video with the mod to do so!

Hey everyone! I just finished recording a follow up to this video, Halo 2 but All Sniper Jackals on Legendary. Yes it was as awful as you expect. I'm amazed this video took off on the algorithm, thanks everyone for all the engagement and comments, I appreciate it so much.

The words all sniper jackals activated my fight or flight.
You would think that if the covanant use his strategy for fighting cheif, they would win, but thye wouldn't, because cheif would ada[pt, and probably just ingore them and accomplish his objectives.
THe game has poor controls, but a spartn would simply dance around a mono enemy of this kind
Will there be a download for that follow up videos mod? I'm super interested in giving it a go!

The hunters bunched together on the ridge line on the second encounter in the forest set off some sort primal feeling of oncoming death in my brain

@@TipsyPhoenix then I’ll certainly take a look. Though just thinking about it, doing that on Halo 2 most likely would be the ultimate nightmare. Like on Gravemind where you can easily die in the cutscene by the brutes alone if you don’t move before it ends.
But at the same time their easy to kill due to headshots. But regardless it depends on who gets the first shot lmao.
Edit: oh wait damn you actually did it in Halo 2 lol. That’s a great achievement.

Impressive! Now make it so every enemy is a scarab (or at least every enemy vehicle) - after all, a scarab is controlled by Lekgolo worms (the worms that make up a hunter) and it's only natural of an evolution ;)

Not every scarab is operated by the worms, Only every scarab encountered in Halo 3. Scarabs could be piloted by anyone.. Brutes, elites, etc.
@@Wuunderboy Dude, the scarab is basically a suit of armor with the worms wearing it. The elites/brutes were put on the scarab to monitor them so the worms couldn't do whatever they wanted.
That would not only break the game ..but will break the cpu and GPU itself..😂
This challenge is how I imagine the covenant should have dealt with the Master Chief in the lore, considering that he was their number one enemy lmao

Fun fact, the elite allies on the third tower on the covenant will shout "lekgolo!" when you encounter the hunters inside.
Now change everything to flood. All hunters being pure, forms, buggers being the jumpy ones, and jackals the ranged pure ones.
But they all transform interchangeably 💁♂️

There's something rather funny about Hunters driving vehicles and jumping really high.
Seeing the Hunters jumping on the roofs in Floodgate made me so happy to see.
Never have I ever even considered the possibility of hunters piloting vehicles and I’m all for it
'Legendary Beam Rifle Hunter' is a terrifying fucking concept to the point that I almost wish you kept the mismatched weapons.
This is a great idea, and your commentary made it that much better. I waited with much anticipation to find out how the game would handle replacing the infection forms with hunters, and it's interesting for sure. Thanks for making such an interesting mod!

Love how at the start of the vid the hunters have the original mission weapons which is something you can script in halo infinite and a hunter using a heatwave is horrifying example: (entombed sanctum raid map) that dude has some enemies have custom weapons and it’s scary
