Good video. I was asked this question for my current role too and I decided to focus on my lateral growth more than vertical growth.
I told them, look I am 50 and I once started my own company in order to shape my own career. However, having the opportunity to work on global development of novel drugs is what I like to do most and where I want to grow further. This company has small molecules and biologicals, as well as nucleotide, cell and gene therapies and I am eager to explore the regulatory aspects of those technologies.
