You might have a problem if your LibreOffice has a too different version.

when I am trying to use your module I get message BASIC runtime error. '323' Module cannot be loaded; invalid format. What can be a reason of such behavior?

You can try the following:
1) Double-check the "Option VBASupport 1" line in your copied code;
2) Play with LibreOffice Calc options... Choose Tools - Options - Load/Save - VBA Properties and mark the Executable code checkbox;
3) Update LibreOffice Calc.
