It seems as though Square Space includes domain registry. I don't see an option to use their hosting/builder without registry included. Also is it necessary to use your real identity information in the registry process?
You'll need to give a name for the payment, I imagine your card is in your name and not your business' name. If the domain registrar has WHOIS Privacy, only the place where you purchase your domain will know your name, it won't be on a public database.
