For eg , a simple task of chapati making becomes difficult because a house wife is expected to do it as per the convenient time of other members , she waits for each member and gives “ garmagaram “ chapati where as a working woman makes chapatis for the entire family in one go
Just do it both ways for a family of 6-8 persons and feel the difference

Working since childhood.
Aaj bhi kar rahi hoon....A to Z sambhaalti hoon ghar ka....but mental health napp gaya .....it is becoming overwhelming....loan pe emi pe rahna bahot stress deta hai....better ki ikattha karo resource and buy little things .
Sab apko khush dekhna chahenge but depression khud ki ladai hai.
Minimal me aa gayi hoon....I am disposing off every single thing I am not using for more than a year.
Now I am happy and can focus on my yoga and spending quality time with my friends and female colleagues.
