Any time during this was he thinking about his girlfriend of 6-years. He wasn't concerned he never asked her to marry him. He was already getting a free gift from her!
He would have to see a need for a Savior. I don't think he sees the problem. So the good news is just funny to him.
Pastor, please try not to laugh so much. It's serious. Billy Graham did not laugh when I was saved. He told me I was in trouble. I was scared. I repented at that moment. I broke down crying.
This bloke was not scared, no fear of judgment. He was having a fun time because he was on camera, smiling.
This is my opinion. Don't tell him you failed too. Make him believe he is worse off. Then he needs a Savior. Truly he is far worse than he thinks. He is living in sin with his girlfriend.
