When you love and respect yourself, you can love and respect your partner 👏 A woman who knows her strengths and weaknesses and use that in advantage to work on herself is a woman who is free. And freedom is key in a relationship, specially marriage. So now you know your weakness is that you're sickly jealous.
Think of your strength; are you strong willed? Then use that willness to stop yourself from bursting when that jealousy bubbles up your throat before it spills out your mouth. Let yourself just nod at your husband, doesn't matter if it shows in your face, let him be free and let yourself calm down. Drink a glass of cold water and put your hair up. If he goes out, then use that time to sit down and rationalise your feelings. Call your best friend who you trust and let her know what you're feeling because she knows you and if she's your true friend she will want the best for you and can provide advice. You can write down in a diary and when gour emotions subside you can read ot back with a fresh mind and see where this thoughts came from.
