After Kargil, Pakistan ran to the USA and begged President Clinton to intervene. Pakistan became an unreliable state.
He talks of taking a second look at their Foreign policy. It is impossible for them.

PAF wracked havoc on IAF shooting 76 indian aircraft losing only 20 aircraft.
