- A walk around Japantown during the day with some moments of light rain mixed with the sounds of Night City traffic and futuristic city noises. There wasn't a planned destination. This was just walking aimlessly through the big city.

Hope that CDP recovers from what happened and that they consider making a sequel, but this time doing things right, without rushing.

The city isn't just gorgeous, it's enormous. Walking like this from one side of the city to another would take hours. And every district has its own distinct look.
Yeah there are a lot of streets and roads. I just wished there were more buildings to go into
God the city of this game is the most mind blowing thing i've ever seen, it's like 20 years ahead of every other modern open world i've played

Anatoli Vashkevich it's about THE City. Fuck the npc, it's just decoration. The city in the game the most detailed and various in the game industry. It's structure, vertical, a lot of inside interiors without loading, different districts, it's size. You people like blind kitties, who nothing knows besides stupid nps. I tell you this - in every game nps is stupid lifeless peace of code. But in this game NPC's are most detailed than any other open world game. Even in rdr 2. Sorry for my English

This is shooter/rpg. Missions and way to finish it using your skills, implants and perks is core gameplay. Did you play Witcher 3? The same things. And that game was one of the highly appreciate game of the history. What are hell you trying to play it like gta? This might sound weird, but they did a good job making the in-game ads gaudy and lowbrow. A large part of the essence of cyberpunk is that feeling of corporate oppression, and nothing drives it home like having ads in your field of view no matter where you look. Of course, it’s still a game, so it should be more of an escape from reality than a reminder of it, but i think they actually nailed the balance with the ads. It’s like the stuff you get while watching a trending youtube channel, but with enough self-awareness to prevent insanity.

Such a beautiful game they created. The depth is amazing, the colors, the immersion of the game s just almost like no other.
This too me is still the most relived and immersive virtual city ever made. When I played it during the pandemic it gave me culture shock as if I traveled abroad. It was that immersive. Problems aside the things this game does do right it perfects.
This is all I'm doing in the game right now haha. I love CDPR attention to detail in their cities. Playing on Stadia and it looks gorgeous.
I would buy the game just to roam around the city

What a shame of a start for this game when you take a moment to look at the environnement in this game. You can tell that even if it ended up being made under pressure, there’s so much love involve in the process of making this world.
And I don’t know if the last updates are for something but I can tell a big (positive) difference between the game I started to play and what I play now (regarding population density, overall graphics, etc), even if I just play on a basic PS4. I’m constantly amazed by the atmosphere of the game at any time of the day. NPCs are pretty fucking dumb but other than that, I’m starting to feel like the city is alive.
PS4 wow, there are lots of videos showing many problems with that version and im glad you can see past that and have a good time with this game. My experience with this game on PC was nowhere near as bad some videos show with bugs and glitches. It runs fairly good but there are some missing features that you would expect to see in an open world that other open world games (GTA) have done in the past. But yeah the art and detail around the city is what really brings this world to life.

They are full sometimes in certain places, what throws me off is that npcs sometimes just walk around without a destination or they repeat

man i made the almost exact same video starting at the EXACT same spot you did! no joke. your game looks quite a bit better than mine, even when i crank it up to rtx ultra. Also, there is no toggle walk on PC so my guy has an awkward strut the entire time. I only checked youtube as I started my upload. great minds think alike i suppose.

I was using a mouse and keyboard here while having a full overweight inventory. Now i still use that method, but with a gamepad to move around much more fluidly

This is the future lol, there will be no hospitals because humans are no longer biological creatures. Kids can get a brain implant and all the knowledge will be transferred into their brains.
there is actually a big hospital in another part of the city and there are also a lot of those folks that merge flesh with technology. ive never seen a playground but there are parks and there are some parking places, much like New York i think parking spots are inside multiple level buildings.

But for real, did You play the game? You know you can talk to any npc you met and there is option to set the NPCs density on high? I hope you don't have the problem with that the NPCs are talking to You with one sentence. With this amount of npcs it's immposible that everyone has something interesting to say.
