1) Naruto is Hokage, so he’s constantly busy with office work and stuff. Dude has to zig zag from going on T.V., to doing office work, to so on and so forth. It’s getting to the point where he’s overworked, tired, and hungry. And y’all know it sucks working on an empty stomach.
2) Naruto sent a shadow clone to his daughter’s birthday party which isn’t cool. So I can understand why Boruto would be upset. That and he always tried to get his father’s attention because he misses him.
