    Well done, just some friendly advice from an old timer with more decades in the trade than I care to say. Rather than two half hitches around the bells, I tie a clove hitch, easier to get off. When getting back on the pole, clear the hand line away from the pole before you belt back in. Again, well done.

      Do you mind sharing the pay structure? I'm currently making 42hr but wanting to change trades idk if it's worth it

      ​@@hidros1461Northwest at least under union pay is 31 as ground then step 1 apprentice is roughly 41 dollars and a journeymen could be 57 an hr to 80 or more an hour just depends what company you hire on with

    man i wish we got to use ladders for bell change outs at volta we just have to fully extend and get it in 18 minutes

    why use a short eye to eye sling , hook it with a chain hoist.... just get a nylon sling hoist...
