@rfcinternationalRFC is short for Rainforest Challenge is an annual race in the jungle of Malaysia during the monsoon season and has been around since 1997! It’s been ranked as the 3rd toughest off-road race in the world and is even in the top 10 of toughest motorized races on the planet! This one in Malaysia is the hardest, biggest and oldest but over the years they’ve created RFC events all over the world.

And then all of a sudden Kumander Daot just respawns.
In later 2010, we got a Suzuki Vitara/Escudo with a LS1 (I think) came in next to our garage and have his full exhaust system custom fabricated .... I think it was for Borneo RFC ... it was mental, loud build ... he drove it from the south end of KL in early dawn to our place which is the furtherst north end part of KL without any form of exhaust 😂😂
I love how you stepped outside of USA to discover how amazing is offroading in other countries. I hope you can continue to report races or offroad events all over the world.

@@FlexRocksRollovers I am glad to hear that. A couple of suggestions to check it out just in case:
- Rally Breslau in Poland. Some high speed stages, but good mudholes too.
- In Brazil: Desafio Cantareira, Transcatarina... There is a lot of mud like clay in Brazil, like Malaysia, but not that hot temperatures.
I’ve heard a lot about the Breslau. I grew up in Germany so that was always fairly close by. I’ll check out the rest as well! Thanks!
@@FlexRocksRolloversi am very impressed on how the locals have track Marshall's in place to prevent unnecessary trail damage, as well as replanting the route afterwards and trash cleanup.
@@FlexRocksRollovers Check out Babod Offroad Festival based in Somogybabod, Hungary every summer. This is the biggest offroad festival in Europe, there are races, challenges, and never ending party! I think one of the best is the same trophies at night.

I'm an American and live and work in Saudi Arabia. I understand how tough it is to get sick from food and water outside of your normal. You have now tested how epic your immune system is. This was one of your most epic videos, loved every minute. The team on their side with the driver under water running a winch and driving, OMG WOW. If you like to travel come to visit me, my 4X4 team will take you the route of the Dakar. Ever climbed sand dunes 400 meters high?

Наша команда ещё и победила! Я не сомневался, что ребята займут призовое место, постарались и заняли первое, молодцы! Российскую команду уже второй год не пускают на ралли Дакар, где обычно Российская команда занимала первые места в зачёте грузовиков, ну, не пускают на Дакар, значит, будем побеждать тут) Горжусь вами, Парни!

Outstanding work : choosing to step outside of your comfort zone in an unknown country, filming in atrocious conditions (heat, leeches, bad sleep and possible food poisoning, and finally some top tier editing !!! I really enjoyed this one because it was something different, but it doesn't mean that all your other stuff isn't good, don't get me wrong !
And of course it would be great to be the first american team, but it will be a hell of a job for the co-driver, running around with the winch all the tile, heck for both of you actually ! Not sure a pink helmer will be enough to help you ;-)

Yes, more of this please. Even if you are not driving. The length of the video is about right. Just personally I wish it was about a half hour longer. Thank you for taking the massive amount of time to share this with us.

Hands down man one thee badest off-road \ mudding videos I’ve ever seen they truly rip ! I genuinely wish I would have been able to see the rallies with them it had to be insane ! I’ve seen a lot off road 4wd mudding videos enough to be noted I’ve never seen people send there 4WD as hard and just romp threw anything and everything as fast as they can wow truly nuts

The only issue with Rory is what would he do? Drive or spot/recover? He is incredible in both to the point it would be hard to choose!
Rory should be guiding on build and training for the driver and co-driver. Might want Merlin for teaching the keep it on bouncing off Rev limiter.

Bro, I can’t even! What are these winches? Never seen a winch move so fast! How are these not used at KOH?! Those things fly
I came here to ask that. Crazy fast.
God Winches, PTO driven through to another diff used to spin the winch Spool. The downside is they are a heavy setup which most KOH U4s wouldnt want. Plus they would just about be to fast for the rocks. I"m suprised some of these guys dont have wiplash
Also twin engine 7hp 24 volt warn 8274 simular builds, google Gigglepin winch.

What a refreshing hydration drink you got there..the legendary Tiger😂
my suggestion for your next trip in the rainforest is a minifan+power bank combo. having some wind flow in the tent makes a huge difference in the jungle with 90+ humidity. last time, we moved a hospital's furniture into a 30km deep jungle village with 6 hiluxes, with only tyre mods, others in factory settings(lead car is an off road mod single cab ones that did most of the heavy lifting). Malaysian jungle is harsh, especially the humidity.

The mud in Malaysia is No.1 in the world , very challenging soil in the world you gotta cross it. It's so hard even you have a tough & high horsepower 4 wheel drive you still stuck it
You guys should come check out Escondido Draw Recreational Area in Texas close to Ozona, Texas. It is a blast out there with 3400 acres of land and some pretty awesome trails I think you would really enjoy!

So awesome you guys are showing this competition! I've been watching these comps for years. These guys are hard core! It would be awesome to see you guys cover some other off road competitions around the world. The Kiwis and Icelanders have some pretty wild competitions too, as do the Aussies and they're all completely different.
