Love the tip about brining the potatoes. We rub ours in oil and then sea salt and bake on a wire rack. Super yummy!

We did a baked potato bar at work. Did them in a nesco. Poked them, put oil on them and wrapped them in foil. They were done in about 3.5 hours. Nice and crispy too!

I love my massages, I have several neck and rotator cuff muscle/ nerve issues so I usually go once a week but since my mom got very ill in Jan and passed away Feb13 I haven’t went back yet so I’ve missed over two months and I’m feeling it as well as mentally anxious. So as you said, massages are a great non medical way to help our minds and bodies. Have an awesome week. Hugs

America’s Test Kitchen baked potato method is the best! I am a total convert. The texture is amazing. Tastes almost like mashed potatoes, so light and fluffy. I brush vegetable oil on the outside after they are cooked and try to get the skin super crispy. But this really is the best way to make baked potatoes, in my opinion.
I saw the same video and tried the brine method. My husband raved! The inside is so fluffy and the skin was so crispy! I’ll never make them any other way!

It’s so easy, filling and a huge hit!
Easiest way to get your baked potatoes crisp...pierce all over, put in microwave around 10 mins, then bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes...crispy perfection.

You should totally do a Purse event @ your Church! Our local BBBS does one every year and raises a load of $$ for charity, and lots of ladies get the chance to get a really nice (sometimes designer) purse for way cheap!
I use the stick on hooks - they have heavy duty ones - mine are 5 lb. and hang my purses from them.
Somehow I am always less inspired by summer cooking :p I need to come up with a proper list of summer meal ideas this year !

Kimmy, you should look into Epicure products! It's food items that don't have any of the gunky preservatives. I really like their spices and dip mixes for cooking. It's coming to the States this year from Canada. I feel like it would be something that you would be interested in! (I don't sell it or have any ties to it - I'm just a happy customer).
You want crispy skins on the potato easily? Put real butter on your hands..coat the potatoes..do not prick them..bake on oven rack at 300 till insides are done..Tada..easy peasy!! Love your videos.. God Bless

Here's an idea for the purses, get tuna cans and spray paint them nail them to a stud and hang your purses without looding the shape of your shoulders.

In warmer weather (I’m in Ohio, so that’s not often 😂), this is how I make my baked potatoes. The skin ends up so delicious. Poke holes in the potato, microwave 4 minutes per potato. Then roll in melted butter and roll in salt. Wrap in tin foil and finish them up on the grill. I usually brush the salt off once they are done. But oh my word, the best baked potatoes ever. And now I want deviled eggs. 😂

we add ham or steak to those potatoes and we called him loaded baked potatoes and that's a meal for us just some bacon or a couple pieces of steak we love that
Wait a minute... you're using flour tortillas for enchiladas?! I have never ... how do you keep it from becoming a soggy, gluey shell? I live near the border and enchiladas are always with corn tortillas, if you haven't tried them you should - delicious that way !

Hi Kimmy, another great video - quite motivational. Wanted to ask you something. Do you ever feel deeply unmotivated to fulfill your responsibilities? I mean, for example I have been going through some week or more where I really don't feel like cleaning, cooking and all the other stuff that usually I do without any problem. I am an obsessively organised person and I have to fulfill all my To Do list everyday. However, lately it has been like I am the laziest person ever and cant find motivation and energy in anything. I feel overwhelmed even though when thinking about it I have pretty much everything under control. I don't know, maybe there can be a video on the overwhelming thoughts when having so many responsibilities to fulfill such as a big family like yours. I find your videos and those of Samantha from HappilyaHousewife very motivational. Thanks for all the content XOXO
